Proposal: Add Korean translation for index.html

As I was browsing the website, I noticed that translations in Chinese and Japanese are already available—thank you for supporting localization! I would like to contribute a Korean version of the index.html page as well.

However, I understand there might be specific reasons why Korean hasn’t been added yet, such as priorities, resource constraints, or localization strategy.

Would it be possible to add a Korean translation, or do you recommend another approach to integrating Korean content under the current website structure?

I’m happy to follow any guidelines, setup requirements, or structural preferences you have. Thank you for considering this contribution!

There's no reason it hasn't been added yet other than we need translators to do the translations. It's usually best to have a second person who is fluent to perform the code review. We'd appreciate your help with the translation!
