Remove the two deprecated TreeBagMultimap classes

I was working in the Multimap hierarchy and found we have two deprecated TreeBagMultimap classes. One class has been deprecated since 5.0 and the other was deprecated in 7.0. I think it is time to remove them. Any objections @mohrezaei @motlin @nikhilnanivadekar @prathasirisha?

We shouldn’t just remove them blindly. May be update them with a Javadoc (since we are still on jdk 8) and mark them for removal for 12.0.0 But if we remove both, does that mean we won’t have any TreeBagMultimap or we have in total 3 TreeBagMultimap impls?
