Code suggestions should match the case of the variable/symbol

Is your feature request related to a problem? I tend to prefer lowercase when doing things, but the extension seems to suggest stuff in uppercase... maybe this is COBOL convention (I'm not normally a COBOL programmer), but I would like the extension to honor how I've coded it... however, if this totally deviates from what a "real COBOL programmer" would need/prefer, then I completely understand.
