enhancement on Report Parameters window in BIRT Report Developer to have a possibility to change static text

Hi team,

Is it possible to get enhancement on Report Parameters in BIRT Report Developer (window what appears when users run reports) to have a possibility to change a static text (for example when we need to translate it). Text : "Parameters marked with* are required". And also to have a possibility to remove "{}" next to a parameter name?
