Omnisharp not reacting

Hi, I am trying to run acute on windows. I have installed the .Net core sdk v3.1.102 and eclipse v4.14. Syntax Highlighting works,but neither code completion nor assist works. Any help would be appreciated. Please tell me if you need any further information.

I read issue #66 and tried dotnet restore on the project. Now i at least get log information when editing the .csproj file, but i still dont' get any reaction in the .cs files.
