Describe the feature

1. Build a fixed (hard-coded) filter for messages based on key-expressions
2. Modify the interceptor to makes use of identity/attribute management for authorization per key-expression
3. Build a configurable interceptor to allow/deny data per key-expression
4. Expand existing user-password authentication mechanism to support identity management
5. Expand existing TLS authentication mechanism to support identity management
