Describe the bug

zenoh-pico is missing a CI workflow that aggregates the results of all the other tests executed on the repo.

To reproduce

  1. https://github.com/eclipse-zenoh/zenoh-pico/actions/runs/9364286949
  2. note how we have many jobs but not an aggregate view of the CI results like the other eclipse-zenoh/zenoh-* repos
