Is the "Send" operation defined by lwm2m1.1 supported now?

I have it available in https://github.com/sbertin-telular/wakaama/tree/lwm2m_1.1 and hope to get it merged at some point.

Hi, how is this proceeding? Any expectations for PR?

For me the SEND is the only feature really missing to support my current use cases, so it would be nice to get this officially supported soon!

This is still stalled waiting for someone to merge PRs. I fully intend to merge the work I've done once that happens. The Eclipse IoT PMC has started to make moves to get this project active again, but I don't have any insight into when it will actually happen.
