Support attaching the result of the mirror-target-platform to the project

Currently the target-platform-configuration:mirror-target-platform allows mirroring of the target platform into a folder.

It would be useful to support things similar to what tycho-p2-repository:archive-repository does to create a zipfile and attach it to the product.
