ERROR: Unable to resolve SNTP IP (0x000000a3)

I've ran into issues trying to run the chip. It gets to Initializing SNTP and then fails. B-L475E-IOT01A1

I tried to update the firmware but it didn't report an issue of it being out of date and the update failed when we put in the correct COM4 channel.

Hi,

Can you paste the serial output, especially the beginning network information which will contain the current firmware version?

This error usually occurs which a failed DNS lookup, however the error output above appears to be missing hostname.
