W3C License is updated

I was reading the Readme together with @egekorkan and we noticed that the W3C license is now updated (old link; new link). Should we update the link or stick with the old version?

Should we update the link or stick with the old version?

Good question. Is there any reason "why" we should update or move to the new license. I am not a legal person but as far I am concerned I would not change the license if there is no strong reason for doing so.

Any other opinions?

The other question we had was "Why do we have a W3C license at the same?". @danielpeintner do you know why?

I am not 100% sure anymore abut I think the idea was to make it usable by W3C tools and Eclipse. @mkovatsc do you remember why?
