Documenting PSK usage with CoAPs

Currently, the only place one can know that psk is implemented for CoAP is looking to the source code at https://github.com/eclipse/thingweb.node-wot/blob/master/packages/binding-coap/src/coaps-client.ts#L156

It would be good to add an example to the Readme.
