Update folder structure for the package `examples`

General comment. At the moment we have the following folder structure for the package examples

• bindings ... okay
• scripts ... contains most of our "starter" things. Anyhow, name is somewhat not very descriptive ...
• security ... okay
• testthing ... does it deserve its own folder?
• quickstart ... to come

Having said that, I think we can think about better restructuring the folder. What are your thoughts? What are proposals? e.g.,

• bindings
• general // better name needed?
  • counter
  • countdown
  • smart-coffee-machine
  • testthing
• quickstart
• security
