Buggy main menu's that don't open

new version no files open.

seems on certain sidebars open and depending on what is selected in those sidebars some upon selected the sidebar auto active things in the sidebar.. but when this occurs some of the main menu's dropdowns become buggy.. ie you can't select the 'File' menu and move the mouse across to the next menu item and have it drop down aswel...

I can't be explain it, test yourself its broken... select something like the Debug sidemenu, and the top menu's all work fine.. but the 'Search' sidemenu seems broken.. attached screenshots of what the sidebar looks like when the menus at the top are glitchy...

shouldn't be like this at all.
