recheck generation of netedit attribute help

after running the rebuildConfigDocsAndXsd script there was quite a big diff deleting many lines so it was not applied

edge attributes are missing in attribute-help-output. Seems to be related to the new property database.

The new code generates empty defaults like: *default:* ****. this looks strange. I fixed it manually before the commit

just tested it with Version v1_23_1+0395-840fbe0cc7f and it still writes *default:* **** lines
