Outdated / duplicate content in the documentation

Vehicle specification page looks mostly like a long outdated version of Definition of Vehicles, Vehicle Types, and Routes. It can still be reached from the change log pages and be found in the search.

Should the content (not the index page itself) be removed and the link from the change log updated?

I think the attribute tables have no value and the "how the vehicle drives" section is marginally useful
