Repository templates folder location not clear in documentation

Problem description

Was trying to create a custom repository template as described here: https://rdf4j.org/documentation/tools/repository-configuration/

Documentation sais that the templates folder should be directly in the [RDFJ4_DATA] folder, but the console prints out, that the templates folder is in [RDF4J_DATA]/Console/templates.

Was not clear enough in the documentation.

Preferred solution

Just make it a bit more clear, where to place own templates.
