Lmdb config does not pass on setIterationCacheSyncThreshold

Current Behavior

Setting the setIterationCacheSyncThreshold in the LmdbConfig does not affect the generated store.

Expected Behavior

setting a setIterationCacheSyncThreshold will affect the lmdb use of MapDb in the GroupIterator.
