Suggestion: Multiple sub-tabs for the console view

Suggestion

At the moment, to switch between active consoles you have to click the "Display Selected Console" button or use its drop-down menu, which is cumbersome and hides what is currently running.

I think it would be nice to have tabs inside the console view for each active console to make it easier to switch between them.

Some editors (like the Manifest editor for Java) already have multiple pages with tabs inside the editor. Maybe this concept can be reused for the console view.

The most efficient way to get it fixed is that I implement it myself and contribute it back as a good quality patch to the project.

I don't know if I'll come around to work on this, but I will keep this issue updated if I do. It would be my first Eclipse contribution anyway so I might need a while to find out what to do 😄
