It should be merged. Existing fix in 2023-06 that should be in 2023-03. What is the risk?

@niraj-modi As this is Windows change I leave it to you to decide whether to push or abandon. The project doesn't provide builds from old branches thus even if merged it would provide limited help.

@deepika-u, Please validate this fix patch your side against eclipse 2023-03. You might need to test this PR against old SWT branch for 2023-03 using the test Snippet in #541.
