SWT Javadoc bash for 4.38

Steps to perform

    • [ ] Need to pull the latest changes on master.
    • [ ] Make sure the git staging view is clean.
    • [ ] Then run this standalone Java application: JavadocBasher.java.
    • [ ] If there any valid changes it will reflect in git staging.
    • [ ] Validate them manually and merge if any.

But this task is to be merged in RC2 only after verifying it.

I ran the above steps and found some changes. org.eclipse.sdk.ide 4.38.0.I20251116-1800

So raised a pr for the same #2789 Note : But this task(https://github.com/eclipse-platform/eclipse.platform.swt/issues/2788) is to be merged in RC2 only after verifying it.

Tried on below version 4.38 Release of the Eclipse SDK. 4.38.0.I20251123-1800

No further changes to be merged, so closing this task as completed.
