`paste` library is unmaintained

The paste library is unmaintained and depended on by a few of our dependencies. No actual vulnerabilities are known, but a security advisory has been issued.

For now, we have ignored this in our cargo-deny.toml, but should check that this dependency is replaced in our dependencies.
