EDGAR should accept custom CA when uploading results to WebDAV server

In an openDuT deployment, the WebDAV server to which results are uploaded is only reachable via HTTPS, which is terminated by Traefik. The reqwest client in EDGAR that is used for result uploading should therefore be configured to accept certificates signed by the custom CA.
