Update to Netbird 0.27.x

Currently in openDuT used Netbird version 0.25.0 has become obsolete.

Latest Netbird version: 0.28.x

  • [ ] Apply MTU patch from #9
  • [ ] create forked repo in eclipse-opendut project
  • [ ] Update netbird client, see Cargo.toml
  • [ ] Update management service
    • [ ] Versions in Cargo.toml
    • [ ] Check usages in docker deployments
    • [ ] Update management service configuration files (management.json), compare to infrastructue files of netbird
