Protect the OpenTelemetry Collector

The OpenTelemetry Collector is currently unprotected. Therefore we want to protect the collector so only our services can transmit data.

  • [ ] CARL and EDGAR should pass their Bearer-Token to the OpenTelemetry Collector.
  • [ ] Adjust the configuration of the OpenTelemetry Collector to use OAuth (docs.
