Provide extensible Landing Page

Integrate https://getzola.org to build a homepage which's content can be formulated in Markdown, but which has a pretty HTML+CSS template.

Tasks:

  • [ ] Explore Zola to get a feeling for it.
  • [ ] Determine out requirements for the landing page. (E.g. How much content will there be? Do we need a navigation?)
  • [ ] Implement a pretty HTML+CSS template.
  • [ ] Integrate into cargo ci doc homepage build.
