Open "Write Resource" UI inside a smaller popup instead of launching it full screen

Explanation

In the new vue.js based UI, the "Write resource dialog" is very massive and feels rather unproductive and confusing. The UI of the execute dialog in comparision is much better. Also the mouse travel distance would be much smaller. Right now you have to click on the input field on the left hand side of the screen first. And then you would need to click on the "Write" Button, which is on the right hand side of the screen. So I would propose to change the "Write resource" dialog so that it matches the design of the small "execute" dialog.

The idea was to keep consistent with other write/create dialog at (instance/object level)

By the way some description are sometime bigger and so the large is bit more justified.

So I'm not sure we want to go in that direction but I could give it a try. I will let you know about this (but clearly not in my priority list for now)
