Load test Command and Control for HTTP adapter

To validate the current implementation we need to load test commands and their responses sent from applications to devices.

The test shall determine

• how many devices can receive commands in parallel via the HTTP adapter
• on a typical developer machine in our example deployment (using docker swarm)
