Scheduler hint when instantiating/on entity descriptor

The current descriptor information model does not allow to provide hints to the scheduler, ideally, users may want to provide hints to the scheduler to facilitate its jobs.

Such hints may be provided as parameters to the fdu.schedule(..) function in case of a single FDU or as a field in the Entity Descriptor.
