New (correct) version of the "Figure 1 9".

this is a new (correct) version of the "Figure 1-9" aligned with Jakarta EE Platform Specification version and names of Jakarta EE Specifications.

I don't understand https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jakartaee-tutorial/pull/281/commits/48ef63c0a15be0d4b54b97a9afe8ef28ddffe024. This appears to be a unrelated change which destroys the original alphabetic ordering. Where's the ticket which discusses the new ordering? I don't remember seeing this.

The change https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jakartaee-tutorial/pull/281/commits/6e920b0b258ab2ebbf5566e0dd348d87761b651a is fine but I don't understand why this is in the same PR which intends to update the images.
