Please specify Jakarta EE version in README.md.

Not sure, if it's absolutely mandatory in this repository or its readme file. There should be a version of the tutorial tagged in https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jakartaee-tutorial/releases and a corresponding tag of the tutorial examples repository as well. There in the examples the Jakarta EE version can be seen especially in the POM, even though that still refers to "Java EE", see https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jakartaee-tutorial-examples/issues/21

The tutorial is still in the process of being updated for Jakarta EE 8.
