Jakarta Server Faces floods log file
The following warning is written to the server.log file in a huge amount so the log file is flooded:

Environment Details
- GlassFish Version: Eclipse GlassFish 6.1.0 (build 6.1.0-RC1-BRANCH-b2-ga4f64c0 2021-05-22T15:50:55+0000)
- JDK version: adopt jdk-11.0.11+9
- OS: Debian 10 (this is the production environment; the development is running on Win10 and is not affected.)

Problem Description
see above. We have several war-files deployed. There are no additional virtual servers and no additional faces-packages or -modules.
Steps to reproduce
see above. We couldn't reproduce the behavior on the windows development environment (with one user) ... so maybe it's some kind of race condition?
Impact of Issue
log file is flooded, performance is affected
Noticed this same problem recently (Payara 5.2021.2). Not sure what the root cause was, but doing a restart of the Payara server seemed to take care of the message. Environment details:

- JDK zulu 11
- Windows 10
