Current state:

eCAL Monitoring Information is always transported via UDP Multicast. This is not dependent on whether the information shall be received locally or remotely.

Purpose of this issue:

Provide monitoring information via Shared Memory. This may - in certain cases - increase performance, especially on Windows, where UDP Multicast traffic heavily causes CPU load due to the Windows Defender Firewall.
