Feature-Request: Organisation Icon

I would like to set the Icon of my Organization using Otterdog.

duplicate of #55 and #119 .

In general that would be nice to have but there is no api support and doing that via playwright might be quite tough as you cant seem to set a logo via the UI but rather have to upload it via a button click and then some processing happens that you have to confirm.
