Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe

with the IDE in the browser, i cannot

• move my tabbed IDE windows onto different monitors (which may have different resolutions, and orientations)
• easily support new IDE's without understanding your architecture (this may be less of an issue)

Describe the solution you'd like

support for

• JetBrains Gateway (which will then support all their IDE's out of the box)
• VS Code (remote protocol, ms-kubernetes-tools.vscode-kubernetes-tools & ms-vscode-remote.remote-containers, see link below)

this will allow for the engineer to use multiple monitors.

Describe alternatives you've considered

i am not aware of an alternative which involves Che.

Additional context

At the moment we want to be able to transition from local dev container experience, to a central one, where the developers get the rich windows experience
