Remove devfilev2 branches from che-samples repositories

As a result of https://github.com/eclipse/che/issues/21926, che-devfile registry and che website were updated to reference to the default main branch instead of devfilev2.
The devfilev2 branch wasn't deleted to avoid unexpected errors if they used by some components that were not updated yet.

Remove devfilev2 branch from the che-samples repositories used by che-devfile registry.
Issues go stale after 180 days of inactivity. lifecycle/stale issues rot after an additional 7 days of inactivity and eventually close.
Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale in a new comment.
If this issue is safe to close now please do so.
