Progress Monitoring Overview dialog should display model elements in the correct order

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the contextual menu on System Engineering element,
2. Select "Progress Monitoring" > "Progress Overview..." => In this dialog, elements are not displayed in the same order as in the "Capella Project Explorer".

In addition: The meaning of the blue color is not very obvious (actually blue elements are elements for which the status will be exported <=> selected element and its children). We could add an explanation on that...
