Link with editor should highlight selected semantic elements in project explorer

The link with editor button in the capella project explorer toolbar could be a lot more useful if it would not highlight the active diagram, but the corresponding semantic elements for the current active diagram selection.

This is available in sirius since [ECLIPSE-460610 was fixed, but it isn't working in the Capella Project Explorer.
