Added "Project Import" as predecessor to "Launch Task".

Otherwise ANT script cannot be found and the complete setup fail when creating a fresh workspace.

Sorry for responding that late to your PR.

Thank you for fixing that issue! I would like to merge it ASAP, however I did see that you have not signed an Eclipse CLA. Unfortunately this is also necessary for such a small change.

I would really like to see this merged, so I would kindly ask you to head over to eclipse.org, create an account if you haven't already and sign the CLA. If you need help with that, I can help you.

I do have a signed CLA (https://accounts.eclipse.org/users/mbureck), but I didn't make the same mail address public on my GitHub account. I think this should be the case now.
