Oomph documentation update

I tried using Oomph to setup Eclipse tonight, seems like the link to download no longer has an advanced link. I think it would be https://wiki.eclipse.org/Eclipse_Installer but not quite sure.

I've never used Oomph before, so I was looking for "advanced mode" on the website. Plus the link to the installer doesn't take you to https://wiki.eclipse.org/Eclipse_Installer it takes you to the normal .zip downloads
