Codewind weekly call UTC meeting time is off by an hour due to daylight saving time

The UTC Codewind weekly call meeting time is currently off by one hour due to shift to EDT (UTC-4) from EST (UTC-5).

Weekly meetings: The Codewind team holds weekly calls every Tuesday and Thursday at 9:00 AM Eastern Time / 14:00 UTC.

@jgwest Any suggestions here? I want the times to be accurate, but don't want to have to update it again in two weeks

@johnmcollier Until we as a society drop Daylight Saving Time in this timezone, I think this necessarily means it needs to be updated twice a year 😃 . (Note that UTC != British Summer Timer, thus no need to update in 2 weeks).

@johnmcollier If someone shows up at 14:00 UTC, which is the value we currently have listed, they will miss our meeting by an hour. 14:00 UTC is 10AM EDT.
