Missing software requirements in the download page

Hi, i know this is something basic, but i think there should be a section in the download page about the software requirements.

Because you only realize that you need JDK (not JRE) 7 when you start reading the Tour or you go the the github repository.

@quintesse, @FroMage is it true that people need a JDK to use the CLI download? I should've thought that a JRE would be sufficient, no?

@tombentley to be honest I never tried it. I think a JRE should be enough yes, but we should test it. I'll see if I can use some of my new-found docker-foo to whip something up.

Ok, I verified that at least the distribution samples can be compiled and executed using JRE 7
