big prominent link to Herd

We need a really prominent link from the website to:

http://modules.ceylon-lang.org

It's really hard to find right now unless you know what you're looking for.

1. We could try and add a new top level tab modules but that would be too much I think.
2. We could get rid of the home tab and add the modules one
3. We could put modules prominently under Downloads which is a single page today.

There's actually a big empty space to the top right of the header. I would stick the Herd logo and link there.

You mean above the tabs? Or to the right of the tabs?

You can't use the space after the blog tab and before the elephant, the site is made to render ok for smaller screens / tablets.

Frankly to me it would look weird. Why would it be differently handled than any other links we have. I'd rather put the future search box in this spot.

Well, it's "different" because it's a link to an application, not just pages of the website.
