Allow creating modules without runnable compilation unit

When I’m creating a module, sometimes I don’t want a runnable compilation unit (libraries like ceylon.ast, test modules, etc.) – but the IDE’s New Ceylon Module dialog doesn’t allow me to leave the Runnable Compilation Unit field empty.
