very long assembly project

In case I edit any of module.ceylon IDE begin building workspace and folds project tree. every time it takes a some time. it gives discomfort

I've also noticed the tree sometimes doesn't show new files that haven't been compiled yet. I guess the behavior makes sense in a way, but it would be nice if the tree more consistently showed what's on the filesystem.
