for non-Ceylon files, Show In > Ceylon Explorer sometimes doesn't work

Show In > Ceylon Explorer is flakey for non-.ceylon files. That's quite irritating when working in the Ceylon perspective,

Well, for example, try it on comprehensions.md in theceylon-lang.org` project.
