The "New Ceylon Source File" wizard does not allow certain packages

i.e. in a package containing "out", which would be xy.\iout in the source file, the wizard does not allow me to proceed. Neither is the package inserted with the appropriate backslash protection nor does it consider that protection.

@simonthum I won't have time to fix this for 1.1, but if you desperately need a fix, you're very welcome to submit a pull req. Should be easy to fix.

Sure, but there is an easy workaround: Just create plain files with .ceylon. That makes it fairly minor.
