Description field is ugly

Go here and expand the description. Notice that:

• you have broken links rendered as [[Foo]] instead of just monospaced Foo
• the css styles are the default bootstrap styles with nasty-lookin boxes around all monospaced words.

Now go here. Notice that the syntax highlighter

• is still the old one that we don't use anywhere anymore, and
• the syntax highlighter colors are the old ones we don't use anymore.
