Consider using the Maven wrapper

As Antenna is sensitive regarding the Maven version to be used for building, we should consider using the Maven wrapper so that the correct Maven version is automatically used.

Please mention if the the version 3.6.3 will work for building this project or not?

@ohbus Thanks for wanting to work on this issue. Yes, as mentioned in the issue description via a link, the build is stable from 3.5.x and higher, hence also with 3.6.3,
