SW360-client: Project does not support home page url

Summary of the Feature

The project model in sw360 has a home page url attribute. This is not reflected in the antenna sw360 project class. And currently it could never be set since there is no home page information in the configuration. This should change and be filled.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Project has a homepage variable
• [ ] Variable is set if there is a homepage for the project
• [ ] introduce home page url to configuration in antenna

Definition of Done

• Acceptance criteria fulfilled
• A PR is created, the CI infrastructure reports green
• The PR is reviewed and approved
• No TODOs left in the code unless explained in the ticket, if something else is still open, this is summarized in a comment in the issue
• Test cases are created to prove the functionality of the feature
• Documentation is updated
